History of Pure Water Pool Service
My name is Roam Dunn and I have the privilege of owning Pure Water Pool Service. Pure Water has operated in the Modesto area since 1999, although its roots reach long before that.
Pure Water Pools actually bought out a company called Tri-County Pools that was started as a franchise in 1969. The franchise owner was my father Charles (Ben) Dunn, and he started franchising pool service companies from Bakersfield to Sacramento in the late 60's and early 70's.
I grew up in the swimming pool business and in my early twenties moved to Texas to start my own pool service company. I lived and worked in Texas for 15 years and during that time started Pure Water Pool Service and had three wonderful children. Soon, the desire to move back to California came in order for us to be closer to, and have our children know their extended family. We had the opportunity to move to the Modesto area and we quickly took the chance.
We now have the pleasure of servicing over 1,100 pools each week here in the area. We provide weekly service, as well as do all types of repairs on swimming pool equipment.
